Office Manager / Administrative Assistant
Qualified candidates shall be proficient in the entire Microsoft Office suite of products including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
Typical responsibilities will encompass several aspects of coordinating the daily operation of the company including tasks related to: Accounting, Marketing, Human Resources and General Administration.
Qualified candidates shall have 5 years of related experience as an office manager/administrative assistant in a professional working environment. A college degree in Business Administration is preferred, but not required. Salary shall be commensurate with experience.

HVAC Engineer
Qualified candidates shall be experienced in HVAC system design for commercial, industrial and residential building projects.
Typical responsibilities and duties will include: code analysis, equipment/system selection, calculations, preparation of contract documents and construction administration. The individual should be capable of establishing and maintaining professional working relationships with architects, owners and contractors.
Qualified candidates must have a working knowledge of AutoCAD, and should be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. 5-10 years of related experience in HVAC systems design and a BS in Mechanical Engineering are required.

Electrical Designer
Qualified candidates shall be experienced in electrical design and drafting for commercial, industrial and residential building projects.
Typical design tasks will include: power distribution and lighting, as well as general-purpose receptacle, fire alarm and telecommunications device layout.
Qualified candidates must be proficient in AutoCAD, and should be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. 5-10 years of related experience in electrical systems design and an engineering degree are preferred, but not required.
