To this end, our focus remains on the client.
From initial schematic planning to final documents, and throughout construction, Avid’s approach is aimed at offering effective designs that provide adaptive solutions. By listening to project stakeholders and fostering collaboration, our goal is to recognize the importance of practicality and to provide the design solution that best suits an owner’s needs.
At Avid, each project is managed by the same group of dedicated engineers and support staff from conception to completion. We pride ourselves on the personal attention given to each client, and the responsibility we have as their consultant-of-choice.
Commitment To Sustainability
As a young growing company, Avid Engineers recognizes the importance of sustainable design in today’s engineering environment - where buildings are top producers of greenhouse gas emissions, and HVAC and lighting systems are often the greatest contributors to building energy consumption. To this end, we recognize that “Green” is no longer a luxury, but that our responsibility is to introduce efficient and effective sustainable solutions at the conceptual phase of every design process.
Having contributed to both LEED certified projects, and a number of “LEED Inspired” solutions, Avid is convinced today’s engineer must be “LEED Inspired” by default. Nevertheless, we recognize the inherent challenge of maintaining a balance between cutting-edge solutions and practical needs. We have strived to build our reputation by offering thoughtful, practical engineering solutions that not only incorporate the latest advancements in systems, equipment and computing power, but also seek to add value and return on investment.
