Tremont Yard includes the latest in sustainable design and construction techniques and is considered one of Lowell’s finest buildings. Avid was responsible for both the base building shell/core design, as well as five floors of office fit-out for the new corporate headquarters of Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union.

As an alternate to LEED certification the developer opted to follow the New Buildings Institute (NBI) Advanced Buildings CORE Performance program and achieved significant, energy savings while recouping most of the associated capital cost in the form of utility company rebates.
