Constructed in 1854, the Waltham Watch Factory Complex encompasses 30 Buildings and 400,000 SF along the Charles River in Waltham, MA. Shell and Core design was completed for 12 buildings, comprising 187,400 SF. Subsequent fit-outs were prepared for select tenants.

Renovation program required close coordination to comply with National Historic Parks Service requirements.
