Avid Engineers, (retained for Solectron by Jones Lang LaSalle), acted as the prime consultant for a renovation to FinePitch's facility in Wilmington, MA. Renovation included extension of base building utilities to support relocation of manufacturing equipment. Design effort included both MEP-FP and structural designs. Renovation occurred over a series of five phases.

Extensive planning during pre-design - including identification of affected equipment, and preparation of detailed phasing / relocation plans and matrices aided in minimizing disruptions to the manufacturing process.
