Renovation of 1st floor laboratory space within Michael Building and 3rd floor laboratory space within Pearson Building. Avid participated in programming sessions with the architect, university personnel, chemistry professors and laboratory user groups.

The laboratories were designed as “multi-functional” to allow flexibility and ease of reconfiguration. Overhead services for inert gases, air and vacuum were arranged with flexibility and future reconfiguration in mind.
