5,000 SF street-level fit-out within new multi-use parking structure in Lowell, MA. Garcia-Brogan’s represents a unique dining experience consisting of two distinctly different seating areas – an Irish pub and a Mexican Cantina.

Programmed spaces included full-service restaurant with reception/ waiting area, and two distinct seating and bar areas. Back-of-house spaces consisted of commercial kitchen, walk-in cooler and freezer, and associated dry goods storage.
